The Eyes Of Blue - Supermarket Full Of Cans (1968)
The Eyes of Blue formed in Swansea, Wales. They won the 1966 Melody Maker Beat Contest, winning a one-year record contract with Decca records and released the singles, "Heart Trouble" / "Up And Down" and "Supermarket Full of Cans" / "Don't Ask Me To Mend Your Broken Heart". Later they moved from Decca to Mercury Records and recorded their excellent first album "Crossroads of Time" in 1968. “Supermarket Full Of Cans”, is a fine psychedelic pop song, released in February, 1967.
