Οι Soul Survivors ήταν από το Μάριον του Οχάιο. Πρόκειται  για ένα εντελώς διαφορετικό συγκρότημα από το γνωστότερο R’n’B γκρουπ με το ίδιο όνομα. Κυκλοφόρησαν το μοναδικό τους single, “All My Love / I Won’t Cry” το 1966 με την MARK II Records. Το τραγούδι της Β’ πλευράς “ I Won’t Cry ” είναι ένα πραγματικό moody garage διαμαντάκι!!! Τα μέλη ήταν: Bob Inlow (rhythm guitar), Danny Hall (lead vocals), Howard “Nub” McKinniss (lead guitar), Frank Murray (bass), Mike Diehl (drums) και Terry Tewell (lead vocal). The Soul Survivors were from Marion, Ohio. It’s an entirely different band from the more famous R'n'B one with the same name. They released their only single, “All My Love / I Won’t Cry” in 1966 by MARK II Records. The B' side “ I Won’t Cry ”is a real moody garage gem!!! The band members were: Bob Inlow (rhythm guitar), Danny Hall (lead vocal), Howard “Nub” McKinniss (lead guitar), Frank Murray (bass), Mike Diehl (drums) and  Terry Tewell (lead vocal). 

Οι Little John & The Monks ήταν από το Oregon και κυκλοφόρησαν ένα και μοναδικό single το 1965. Στην πρώτη πλευρά υπήρχε μια διασκευή του “Needles & Pins” (σύνθεση του Sonny Bono που το έκαναν γνωστό οι Searches το 1963). Το αριστούργημα για μια ακόμη φορά ήταν το B-side. Το υπέροχα σκοτεινό “ Black Winds ” που μιλάει για αγάπη, προδοσία, ζήλεια και τραγικό θάνατο, σε στίχους και μουσική του αρχηγού και τραγουδιστή του group, Tom Davis. Απλά εξαιρετικό!!! Little John & The Monks formed in Oregon and released just one single in 1965. The A-side was a cover of "Needles & Pins" (composition of Sonny Bono and a great hit by The Searches in 1963). The masterpiece once again was on the B-side. The wonderful, dark " Black Winds ", a song about love, betrayal, jealousy and tragic death. Lyrics and music were written by the leader & singer of the group, Tom Davis. A true classic!!!

Οι Nocturnal Day Dream σχηματίστηκαν στο Flint του Michigan (ΗΠΑ) και κυκλοφόρησαν το μοναδικό τους single το 1968 με τη δισκογραφική Coconut Grove. Το single “ Dark Dreary Night /Had A Dream Last Night” είναι πολύ σπάνιο και κοστίζει  αρκετά χρήματα στις δημοπρασίες. Και οι δυο πλευρές είναι σπουδαία moody psych garage τραγούδια! Nocturnal Day Dream formed in Flint, Michigan, USA and released their only single in 1968 by Coconut Grove Records. That single, “ Dark Dreary Night /Had A Dream Last Night” is very rare and costs a lot of money. Both sides are great moody psych garage tunes!

Οι Soul, Inc. σχηματίστηκαν στην Ατλάντα στα μέσα της δεκαετίας του '60 και κυκλοφόρησαν ένα και μοναδικό single τον Ιούνιο του 1966, με την δισκογραφική εταιρία Trepur. Το “ Ode To A Girl ” είναι ένα όμορφο psychedelic-moody garage τραγούδι. Δεν γνωρίζουμε άλλα στοιχεία για το συγκρότημα, ούτε καν ποια ήταν τα μέλη, αλλά το τραγούδι είναι τόσο καλό, οπότε αξίζει να το ακούσετε! Soul, Inc. formed in Atlanta, Georgia in the mid 60’s and released just one single in June, 1966 by Trepur records. “ Ode To A Girl ” is a beautiful psychedelic-moody garage song. We don’t know anything else about this band, not even the band members, but the song is so good, so listen to it!

Οι Blazers σχηματίστηκαν στο Κάνσας Σίτυ του Μισούρι και το 1966 κυκλοφόρησαν το single "I Don’t Need You / Lovin' To Do" με την εταιρία Brass. Το " I Don’t Need You " είναι ένα εκπληκτικό garage στο οποίο ξεχωρίζει το θαυμάσιο ηλεκτρικό πιάνο. The Blazers formed in Kansas City, Missouri and released the single "I Do not Need You / Lovin' To Do" by Brass records, in 1966. " I Don’t Need You " is an amazing garage song in which stands out the excellent electric piano.

Οι Teddy & The Pandas σχηματίστηκαν στη Μασαχουσέτη το 1963 και διαλύθηκαν το 1969. Τα αρχικά μέλη ήταν οι Al Lawrence (φωνή), Billy Corelle (μπάσο), Ralph Cooper (ντραμς), Joe Daly (κιθάρα) και Dick Winters (σαξόφωνο). Σύντομα προστέθηκαν ο Dick Guerrette (πλήκτρα) και ο William "Teddy" Dewart (κιθάρα), ενώ αποχώρησε ο Winters. Το 1964, ο Jerry Labrecque αντικατέστησε τον Ralph Cooper στα ντραμς, κι έτσι οριστικοποιήθηκε το line-up αυτών που θα γίνονταν γνωστοί ως Teddy & the Pandas.  Κυκλοφόρησαν πέντε singles και ένα άλμπουμ. Το καταπληκτικό “ Smokey Fire ” κυκλοφόρησε το 1966 ως B-side του “We Can’t Go On This Way”. Teddy and The Pandas , formed in 1963 in Massachusetts and disbanded in 1969. Οι Blue Birds σχηματίστηκαν στον Πειραιά το 1964 και ήταν μια από τις πρώτες ελληνικές garage μπάντες. Υπήρξαν ένα από τα μακροβιότερα σχήματα μιας κι έμειναν μαζί ως τα μέσα της δεκαετίας του 70, έστω και με αλλαγές μελών. Συνολικά κυκλοφόρησαν 13 singles και ένα LP. Μεγάλη τους επιτυχία το υπέροχο moody garage “ Julie ” που κυκλοφόρησε το 1965. Τα μέλη ήταν οι Γιώργος Πετρίδης (φωνή), Γιάννης Ψιμόπουλος (κιθάρα, φωνή), Λεωνίδας Λουλούδης (μπάσο), Σωκράτης Αρδαβάνης (πλήκτρα) και Γαβρίλης Παντζής (ντραμς). The Blue Birds formed in 1964 in Piraeus and were one of the first Greek garage bands. They, also, were one of the longest-lived bands as they stayed together until the mid 70s, although there were line-up changes. They released 13 singles and one LP, but their greatest hit was the lovely moody garage " Julie " released in 1965 by Philips. Οι Shades Of Blond από την Αλμπέρτα του Καναδά σχηματίστηκαν, κυκλοφόρησαν ένα τραγούδι και διαλύθηκαν το 1966. Δεν είχαν καν το δικό τους single, αλλά μοιράστηκαν ένα EP Single με δυο κομμάτια σε κάθε πλευρά, με άλλα τρία συγκροτήματα. Το “ All Your Love ” είναι ένα υπέροχο moody garage τραγούδι. Για την ιστορία, τα μέλη του συγκροτήματος ήταν οι Dennis Abbott (vocals), Dan Lowe (guitar), Bob Carlson (guitar), Dave Petch (organ), Mick Woodhouse (bass) και Terry Bare (drums). Το πολυπόθητο δισκάκι ήταν της εταιρίας International Master Discovery Records και η αξία του είναι στα  $500.00. The Shades Of Blond were from Alberta, Canada. They formed, released a song and disbanded in 1966. They didn’t even have their own single, but shared an EP Single with two songs on each side, with three other bands. O ι  Vandals σχηματίστηκαν στην Pennsylvania το 1964. Το “ Ballad Of A Loser ” είναι ένα εξαίρετο δείγμα moody garage που κυκλοφόρησε το 1966 από την εταιρία Big Rock . The Vandals were formed in Pennsylvania in 1964. The “ Ballad of a Loser" is a fine example of moody garage , released in 1966 by the record company Big Rock.

Οι Renegades σχηματίστηκαν στο Birmingham της Αγγλίας στις αρχές της δεκαετίας του '60. Στην αρχή οι επιρροές τους ήταν κυρίως από τους Shadows, αλλά σύντομα απέκτησαν τον δικό τους - πιο σκληρό - ήχο. Το 1965 πήγαν να παίξουν στη Φιλανδία και η επιτυχία τους ήταν τόσο μεγάλη που έζησαν και ηχογράφησαν εκεί για αρκετά χρόνια. Το υπέροχο “ Matelot ” κυκλοφόρησε το 1965 από τη Φιλανδική δισκογραφική Scandia . The Renegades formed in Birmingham, England in the early 60s. At first, they were influenced by the Shadows, but soon they gained their own - harder - sound. In 1965 the y went for concerts to Finland and their success was so great that lived and recorded there for several years . The wonderful "Matelot" was released in 1965 by the Finnish record company Scandia.
